  •  Cardiac diseases like arrythmias, congestive heart failure, etc.

     Severe lung diseases like complicated asthma with bronchiectasis or atelectais, etc.

     Severe liver disease

     Use of prohibited drugs

     High risk occupations (e.g.. prostitution)
